OLEA is a pan-African insurance broking group founded in 2017. It operates in 27 African countries through its own subsidiaries and partner brokers, with regional hubs in Abidjan, Nairobi and Johannesburg.
In 2025 OLEA acquired Marsh's business in Botswana, which now trades as OLEA Botswana in Gaborone. The group places more than 400 million US dollars in premiums a year and runs over 400 international insurance programmes.
